These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, reservations, accommodation, events, banquet facilities, destination wedding services, food and beverage services, membership facilities, wellness services and other services offered by GGR Clubs Private Limited.
By accessing our website or making a booking or reservation with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About GGR Resorts & Clubs
GGR Clubs Private Limited operates GGR Resorts & Clubs in Jalandhar, Punjab. The resort provides accommodation, luxury villas, banquet and event facilities, destination wedding services, food and beverage services, wellness and spa facilities, recreational facilities and other premium hospitality services.
All services are subject to availability and applicable booking terms.
2. Website Use
The information provided on this website is intended for general information and promotional purposes.
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information, photographs, descriptions, prices, facilities and availability accurate. However, facilities, services, layouts, menus, packages, pricing and other offerings may change without prior notice.

3. Reservations and Bookings
All accommodation, banquet, wedding, event, restaurant, spa and other reservations are subject to availability.
A reservation is considered confirmed only after the required booking information and applicable advance payment have been received and confirmation has been issued by GGR Resorts & Clubs.
Guests may be required to provide valid identification and other information as required by applicable laws and resort policies.
The person making a reservation is responsible for providing accurate contact, guest and booking information.
4. Check-In and Check-Out
Standard check-in and check-out times will be communicated to the guest at the time of booking.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
Guests must comply with applicable identification requirements at check-in.
The resort reserves the right to refuse accommodation where a guest fails to satisfy applicable identification, payment or other mandatory requirements.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on the type of reservation, accommodation package, event, wedding package, banquet booking, membership or promotional offer.
Any applicable cancellation charges will be communicated at the time of booking.
Advance payments, deposits or booking amounts may be non-refundable where specifically stated in the applicable booking or event agreement.
For weddings, conferences, parties, banquets and other large events, cancellation, postponement and refund conditions will be governed by the specific agreement issued for that booking.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to the applicable booking terms and payment method.
6. Event, Wedding and Banquet Bookings
GGR Resorts & Clubs provides facilities for destination weddings, celebrations, corporate events, meetings, parties and other functions.
Event arrangements may include venue, food and beverage, décor, entertainment, accommodation, logistics and other services depending on the selected package.
Final arrangements must be approved by the client and GGR Resorts & Clubs before the event.
Any additional services, guest requirements, menu changes, décor changes, additional hours or other requests may incur additional charges.
The client is responsible for ensuring that the number of guests and event requirements provided to the resort are accurate.
7. Food and Beverage
Food and beverage services are subject to availability and applicable menu and package terms.
Guests should inform the resort in advance about known food allergies, dietary requirements or special meal requests.
The resort will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests; however, it cannot guarantee an entirely allergen-free environment.
Outside food, beverages or catering may be restricted unless prior written approval has been obtained from the resort.
8. Resort Facilities
Facilities such as swimming pools, gymnasium, wellness centre, spa, recreational areas, banquet facilities, food and beverage outlets and other amenities may have separate operating hours, age restrictions, safety rules or additional charges.
Certain facilities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, private events, weather conditions, safety requirements or circumstances beyond the resort's reasonable control.
Guests must follow all instructions and safety rules applicable to each facility.
9. Swimming Pool and Recreational Facilities
Guests using swimming pools and recreational facilities do so at their own responsibility and must follow all posted safety instructions.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult.
The resort may restrict access to facilities where necessary for safety, maintenance or operational reasons.
10. Spa, Wellness and Fitness Services
Spa, wellness, gymnasium and personal training services may require advance appointments and may be subject to separate terms and charges.
Guests should inform staff of any relevant restrictions or requirements before using wellness or fitness facilities.
The resort's wellness and fitness services are not intended to replace professional medical advice or treatment.
11. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly while using the resort and its facilities.

- Violence, harassment or threatening behaviour
- Damage to resort property
- Excessive disturbance or unreasonable noise
- Unauthorized commercial activity
- Misuse of resort facilities
- Activities that create a safety risk to guests or staff
The resort reserves the right to take appropriate action, including asking a guest to leave the premises, where conduct violates resort policies or creates a safety or security concern.
12. Damage to Property
Guests may be responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing resort property damaged, lost or misused during their stay or event.
The resort may recover applicable costs from the responsible guest, booking party or event organizer.
13. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, valuables, documents, money and electronic devices.
GGR Resorts & Clubs will take reasonable measures to maintain a safe environment but will not be responsible for loss or damage to personal property except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Guests should use any designated safety or storage facilities where available.
14. Photography, Video and Events
The resort may conduct photography or video recording for operational, promotional or marketing purposes in accordance with applicable law and reasonable privacy practices.
For private events, clients are responsible for obtaining any permissions required for professional photography, filming, drone operations or other recording activities.
Any drone or aerial photography must receive prior approval from resort management and comply with applicable laws and safety requirements.
15. Parking and Vehicles
Guests use parking and vehicle areas at their own risk unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Guests are responsible for their vehicles and personal belongings left inside vehicles.
Parking availability may be subject to operational requirements and event arrangements.
16. Membership
Membership services, where applicable, are subject to the membership agreement, membership rules, applicable fees and facility policies.
Membership privileges may be subject to availability, operating hours, guest policies and other restrictions.

Prices displayed or quoted by GGR Resorts & Clubs may change without prior notice unless a price has already been confirmed under a valid booking or agreement.
Taxes, government charges, service charges and other applicable fees may apply in addition to advertised prices where permitted by law.
All payments must be made using an approved payment method.
The resort reserves the right to require advance payment, security deposits or other payment arrangements depending on the booking or service.
18. Promotions and Special Offers
Promotional offers are subject to their specific terms and conditions.
Offers may have limited availability, validity periods, blackout dates or other restrictions.
